THE EGYPTIAN ENGINEERING DAY
The Egyptian Engineering Day is the biggest
annual summit for students and engineers.
Every year around 150 - 200 projects
participate in the EED trying to implement
solutions for the most serious problems in
Egypt.

With target on young students in their early educational stages, the Future
City competition comes into action. Aiming to raise the engineering sense in
the young students and raising team work skills among them, the FC

STUDENT ENTERPRISE AWARD
The IEEE Student Enterprise Award provides financial help to Student
members who are looking to implement an idea for a project. It enables IEEE
Student members to work with others on an engineering project, while
simultaneously strengthening Student Branch programs.

AWARD
To qualify for the award, a Student Branch must conform to IEEE bylaws,
have a active program, and support IEEE goals. Awards will be presented to
those Student Branches that are found to be operated in a manner

As part of IEEE industry collaboration with Ericsson , IEEE Egypt Section
introduced the Annual Ericsson Innovation Awards (EIA). Ericsson strongly
believes that everyone has the capacity to come up with a transformational
idea. First place team will win 25,000 EUROS

IEEE CUSB received a Certificate of Appreciation from ICECS for the branch efforts in organizing the
conference. The ICECS is International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems that was
held this year in Egypt.
