She discusses touring the model home, meeting other daughters of employees, and learning about the company's green building practices like foam insulation, vented garages, and energy efficient lighting and appliances. The daughter expresses her enthusiasm for her father's company and hopes to return for next year's event.

20. The Truth I live in a Clark Wilson home. It has taken good care of my family. My sister Charlee lives there, too. She is a little too wild for Take Your Daughter to Work Day. Cinderella liked her but told her to chill out. I really want to live in one of Clark Wilsons new Green Builder homes. I actually did try to sell someone a home while my Dad was on the phone. Turns out the nice people already owned one of our green castles. I suggested we jump on one of the beds for a bit until my Dad came upstairs. Mark your calendar next year for the big day: Thursday, April 22, 2010. I cant wait until next year for this fun day. Thank you to Green Builders and Miss Melissa for supporting Take Your Daughter To Work Day.
21. Visit my Dad at his Build On Your Own Lot Model in the Driftwood, Texas area. He has beautiful lots there to sell as well. It is only 2 miles from the famous Salt Lick Barbecue. I highly recommend the cobbler. It is BYOHC (bring your own hot cocoa.) Visit my Dads company website at www.greenbuildersinc.com .
