Case Reports –  linguistic ‘portraits’ Presentational Communicational Not  medical records, letters, notes…etc Conversationally or formally presented
Case Report –  A narrative and a model composed of testimonies Conversation Observation – external/internal Description/analysis – fluids, tissues Imaging Response to treatment
