If you havent booked your flights yet, WestJet is offering conference attendees a 10% discount off their best

Ground Transportation
The Westin is not near the airport. The closest airports would be either Vancouver or Abbotsford. The trip
from Vancouver airport would take approx 2 hrs, which may seem
far, but it is one of the worlds great scenic drives.
We have discounted car rental rates available with National Car
Rental and Enterprise. Cost for parking is $30 (plus tax) for self
parking and $34 (plus tax) for valet parking. If you are interested
in carpooling you may want to post on the MACU member only
forum so you can connect with others wishing to do the same.
You can also hop on the Pacific Coach Lines Skylinx Service
coach for $65/pp each way. The bus ride is approx 3 hours as it
stops at some hotels in Vancouver prior to making its way up to Whistler.

The Westin Whistler is located at 4090 Whistler Way, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4 right in the heart of Whistler
Village. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
