We all live and participate in one form of community or another. Some people are satisfied being mediocre, while others want to create IMPACT in their communities.
37. Vancouver Neighborhood Alliance (VNA) provides a forum for
leaders to meet each other and hear issues which will likely
affect all neighborhoods.
Our mission is to champion the collective interests and
welfare of the neighborhoods and to strengthen relationships
among the members, the public sector, and the community.

38. The Giving Circle of Clark County focuses on a different issue
of local importance each year. Members learn from experts
as well as the presentations from area nonprofits requesting
funding. Giving Circle Members collectively determine the
grants to be made and the funds are presented at a final
celebratory meeting in the Spring.

39. hOur IMPACT: Time Bank allows community members to
exchange skills or services among one another without any
money changing hands. Unlike bartering, which takes places
a cash value on goods and services (and taxed accordingly),
hOur IMPACT: Time Bank services are considered charitable
acts.
