Richard Pulliam has dedicated over 20 years of service to the American Camping Association Virginias Section, holding many leadership positions and receiving numerous awards. He is known for organizing fundraising golf tournaments that raised over $70,000. Richard is remembered for bringing fun and humor to events through his enthusiastic participation and lighthearted antics. He is celebrated for his commitment to camping and youth over many years as both a leader and role model.
