Employees Should Inform their Line Manager Immediately
In more serious cases (for example,if the allegation is about the actions
of their line manager), the employee should raise the Malpractice with a
more Senior Manager
1. Make the disclosure in good faith (which means with honest intent and
without malice)
2. Reasonably believe that the information is substantially true
3. Reasonably believe you are making the disclosure to the correct

Managers are Responsible ALL Malpractices are taken Seriously and
Ensure the Following:-
1. The Reported Malpractice is investigated
2. Provide an objective assessment of the Malpractice
3. Provide Progress to the Employee Reporting the Malpractice
4. Implement Necessary Actions to Resolve the Malpractice
