The upcoming Spending Review provides a fresh opportunity to focus on growth and living standards, as it sets out the details of over 贈40 billion additional annual day-to-day public service spending, and over 贈100 billion worth of infrastructure funding. But with Britain facing the strong headwinds of global economic turbulence and strained public services, will it be third time lucky for the Chancellor?

- 3. The Environment The White Rose Party believes that the preservation and protection of our planet should be our nations top priority. The air we breathe, the water we drink, and the land we live off of should be given the best care and not polluted with our car emissions, litter, oil spills, etc. We highly advocate the use of renewable resources to power our buildings and automobiles. Not only are the cost and environmental benefits of using solar and wind energy immense, but the development and maintenance of these two sources will create jobs and produce revenue for the communities around it. Also, with the use of this clean and infinite energy, oil will become a less valuable commodity, ceasing the conflicts and the environmental disasters associated with it.
- 4. Food and Nutrition America is the most obese country in the world and the White Rose Party will not tolerate that any longer. We will limit the number of fast food chains in every square mile and will levy taxes on processed foods. We will demand that the all restaurants in the U.S. provide nutrition information and an ingredient list for every item served. We will ban food additives known to cause health problems (e.g. trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, common food dyes, etc.). The White Rose Party heavily endorses organically grown produce, farmers markets, and community gardening.
- 5. Education The United States ranks 25 in Mathematics, 17 in Science, and 14 in Reading. The White Rose Party aims to put our nation in the top 10! We will achieve this by following the standards of the countries that dominate in education. We must create a strong societal belief that education is a top priority and support the notion that our nations educators are unsung heroes, for they are the men and women who are guiding the future leaders of America. Accompanying the prioritization of education, we will have higher standards. Passing scores for the high school exit exams, such as proficiencies, will be raised to encourage the efforts of teachers and students all across the states.
- 6. Gun Control The White Rose Party supports our peoples right to bear arms. We believe that it is unconstitutional for anybody to try to strip that right away from American citizens. That being said, we believe that while everyone is free to own and operate a firearm, we must implement more safety guidelines that firearm retailers and owners must abide by before selling and or purchasing a gun. Any person who wishes to purchase a gun, must undergo a mandatory psychological examination, along with criminal background checks and drug screenings. This mandatory exam is a precaution to prevent events such as the Columbine High School Massacre and the more recent Isla Vista killings. It will be a requirement that any person who owns a gun has an area to store it in where anyone in said persons household who havent passed the psychological, drug, and criminal checks can not access it. The White Rose Party knows that guns dont kill people, people do and we will do our best to protect our countrys Second Amendment rights while maintaining the safety of our citizens.
- 7. Abortion The White Rose Party is a pro-choice party. We understand that the decision of bearing or aborting a life lies solely in the hands of the mother and that no third party should interfere with her right to choose. While we know that the parents of this unborn life should have taken precaution and should take responsibility for their actions, we believe that every American has the right to choose whether or not they want to take on the challenge of parenthood. The White Rose Party will gladly fund Planned Parenthood along with any other organizations that provide mothers with safe and legal abortion services and provide anyone with sex education, STD screenings, and contraception.
