This document introduces several explorers of North America through a series of clues about their identities and accomplishments. The explorers mentioned are Christopher Columbus, Giovanni da Verrazano, Henry Hudson, and John Cabot. Some of their notable achievements included Columbus sailing in 1492 and discovering America, Verrazano exploring the Atlantic coast of North America and discovering New York Bay, Hudson exploring the river that would later be named after him and parts of New Jersey, and Cabot discovering Newfoundland and believing he had found the Indies.
