Business Development & Strategy Development
Developing Business:- doesnt need much explanation .But its a job which is done with both eyes open and eyes closed and
even while tendering babies..& I do it all the time, even as I write my resume.
Develop strategies for revenue growth and assessment of potential new product introductions and other strategies for
growth. Develop the strategy/ devise the implementation plan. Communicate strategic plan to employees and elicit their
buy-in. Monitor customer and supplier feedback and market intelligence in order to develop additional strategies to
combat threats in the market. ( WE WANNA BE THE FIRST TO HELP & SAVE LIVES )
Work along with the principal companies/Suppliers to devise market strategies to penetrate the market and implemet the
product launches along with the local team.
Devise, implement and communicate the Strategic Blueprint for the country.
Business Leadership is to
Create a clear view of the vision and motivate others to understand the strategic plan for the entity and the importance of
goal congruence in an organization. Influence and drive for action towards the implementation of the vision and the
strategic plan. Lead by example and model the companys beliefs and values. Use the vision and strategic plan as a
reference point in conducting day-to-day activities. Help others see linkages between the organizations vision /
strategy, values, systems and processes.
Communicate goals and KPIs to team regularly and manage achievement to goals.

Manage profit and loss statement (EBIT), cash flow position.
Develop creative pricing strategies. Strike the optimal balance of investment for the future vs. harvest for the present.
Drives stringent cost management in tandem to growing revenues.
Identify / recognize financial information gaps or the need for additional information and obtain it.
In conjunction with the Finance Director, organize information and data to identify / explain trends, problems, and their
root causes. Facilitate the development of solutions for financial shortfalls.
Regularly analyse transaction volumes and revenue streams, current status of sales prospects, revenue forecasts etc.
Budget planning for year and executing on the strategies to achieve budget targets.
Sales & MarketingTO
Foster and maintain regular communication with key client contacts or KOLs, ensuring effective management of local
relationships with key decision makers in both Govt and private sector.
Be the face of company to represent the business in market from a customers perspective
Coach the sales team on the deals and take them forward to success, making team win.
