What do you do in Citadel Search?
I research into industries and support in mapping the talent pool. I get to work on niche assignments and speak with candidates at all levels.
I review candidate resumes and interview them to understand their career aspirations and life stages as I assess their fit to my clients’ organisations and job roles. Mentor Personal Development Aspirations Self- Awareness Self- Knowledge Talents Potential Life Stage Quality of Life Dreams Coach I qualify potential candidates over the phone and interview them face-to-face. I try to discover potentials and understand their career aspirations with the aim of pairing them with the right career opportunities.
I support the team through quality administration and ensuring accuracy in the data managed and generated. Accuracy AccessibilityTimeliness Completeness Clarity Relevance Data Quality
I identify potential clients and develop them into key accounts for Citadel Search, through in depth understanding of my clients’ industries and the key challenges they face in their talent needs. I add value to clients through the sharing of current industry trends and market data.
