Why math is important!

A successful mathematician is blessed with complex problem-solving skills they can use in any avenue of life.
- 3. Dr. Math: A lot of jobs require math. There are actually thousands of different jobs that require some knowledge of mathematics. There are uses of mathematics in all the "hard" sciences, such as biology, chemistry, and physics; the "soft" sciences, such as economics, psychology, and sociology; engineering fields, such as civil, mechanical, and industrial engineering.

Basic research, engineering, finance, business, and government service are among the opportunities open to those with mathematical training. Over 50 percent of job occupations require some sort of math, whether it be addition and subtraction, or algebra. Finally, math is used for everyday activities like grocery shopping and leaving tips. Math is a very important life skill no matter what you do in life. I feel that math is one of my most important classes that I take because it applies to so much in my life!
