WHY REFERRAL SCHEME FAIL?
 Referred candidates walk-in for interview but exact source is not
captured, which creates scope for future dispute / Dis satisfaction.
 Candidates Rejected once are called again after 90-180days
cooling period however source of first visit is not recaptured in
second visit.

realistic slabs resulting in Loosing interest by employees.
 Referral Schemes are made so complex process & sub Processes
that it doesnt get absorbed in the mind of employees and always
remain as topic of confusion.

 Referral Schemes are announced on public domain however never
checked if it has Reached the last person in last row.
 Schemes once communicated remains in inbox and no follow-up &
recalls are given to employees.
 Catchment Area / Notice Board are not updated with the latest
Referral schemes.

WHY REFERRAL SCHEME FAIL?
 Employees do not have any easy to access tool to know what has
happened to their referred candidates.
 Candidates referred & selected but not joined are not pursued
through employees for joining.
 Employees are not informed why a Referred Candidates was
rejected.

4. No Regular Updates
WHY REFERRAL SCHEME FAIL?
 Employee Referral Program is a major contributor of hiring however there
is no structured scheduled Recognition which can be looked upon by
employees.
 Referral Recognition Programs fail to connect with employees as a sense
of achievement is not created and it remains a tick in the Box exercise
only.
 No consistent Plan for moving Bottom Contributors to Mid & above grid.

 RMG/Operational Supervisors / Recruitment / Employee
Engagement do not take pain to explain JD for any new opening.
 Stake Holders do not spend time with their teams on discussing
benefits of running Employee Referral Schemes & recognition is
left for R&R Day only.
