The Global Community Development Program (GCDP) provides young people opportunities to gain international work experience through internships around the world. The goal is to create responsible entrepreneurial leaders by enabling participants to enhance their skills while working in a global environment and interacting with social issues in host communities. Traineeships aim to provide positive learning experiences through applying skills in new social and cultural settings while raising awareness of different practices and social issues globally.
