The launch event of The Willows Club & Spa in Udaipur was organized by Brandwidth Events to announce the association between the property managed by Ishaan Group and Vivanta by Taj hotels. The event featured a fashion show by celebrities to raise awareness for female foeticide prevention. It also included a performance by famous musicians Salim-Sulaiman. The first club membership was given to the Prince of Udaipur. Brandwidth Events spent two months planning every detail of the extravagant event attended by guests from Udaipur and other cities.

The Willows Club & Spa resort in Udaipur is a flagship project by Ishaan Group. Spread over 30 acres, the property has
accommodation for over 300 individuals with choice of villas, cottages, suites and Swiss tents. For the first time in the
country, a club property would be operationally managed by a chain hotel - The Vivanta by Taj.
The launch of The Willows Club & Spa took place on October 31, 2015 in Udaipur to announce the association and kick
off the membership drive for the club.
Brandwidth was given the mandate to plan and organise the event keeping in mind the aesthetics and the luxurious
setting of the upcoming property. Working in sync with the Ishaan group, Brandwidth brought this event to life.
The event started with fashion show held for the NGO called BETI, which works in the field of prevention of female
foeticide, run by Anu Ranjan and Shashi Ranjan.
Many Television stars walked the ramp with their children and a few with their parents for the purpose of awareness of
Beti.
Some of these artists were Manav Gohil and Shweta Kawatra with their daughter Zahra, Rohit Roy and Mansi,
Sudhanshu Pandey and Mona along with the likes of Sreejita De, Vineet Raina, Nisha Rawal, Puneet Issar and Arshad
Warsi amongst many others. The Show Stopper was Aditi Arya, Femina Miss India 2015.
2. The grand finale featured an electrifying performance by Salim-Sulaiman.
The event was an extravaganza attended by leading families of Udaipur and surrounding areas like Ahmedabad,
Bhilawara, Chittorgarh along with an extensive list of guests who were specially flown in from Mumbai.
To mark the occasion, the first membership of the club was handed over to Prince of Udaipur - Maharaja Kumar Lakshya
Raj Singh Mewar.
The Association of the Willows with the Taj group was brought alive by a unique storyboard combining sand art by Nitish
Bharti, pyrotechnics and a light show specifically highlighting the journey of Ishaan Groups dream coming alive with
The Willows.
Keeping in mind the stature of the event it was very important for us to carefully plan every detail from security to the
massive outdoor catering, the hospitality, transportation and accommodations for outstation guests etc. Says,
Himanshu Anand, Director, Brandwidth Events. "We spent a good two months tracking the progress of the construction
at the site as well to be able to plan the final day logistics with the client.
At such an event it becomes extremely important to have the property showcased in the right manner, therefore the
lighting plan - starting from almost 2 kilometres from outside the property to highlighting the entire venue and it's natural
beauty was the most important.", added Anand.
Brandwidth came on board early for the planning and from the word go seemed to be the perfect partners. We hope to
deliver similar exciting events for our members in the future as well., said, Sahil Anand, Executive Director, Ishaan
