7. Wilsons Associate Systems Referrals Clients may be referred by agencies such as Texas Rehabilitation Commission, Department of Labor, Probation and Parole for employment opportunities. Outreach Outreach services will be available to clients who are incarcerated and approaching release from institutions . Wilsons Associate Systems will provide the following services

Job Quest Training (JQT) will educate clients how to conduct effective job searches with felony convictions. 9. Wilsons Associate Systems WILSON'S ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS (On The Right Track Program ) is highly selective of every potential referral. Each applicant is screened and thoroughly tested before being classified and added to our employee roster. To supplement our screening program, Wilson's Associate System, applicants references and backgrounds are also checked. This enables our recruiters to get an appraisal of the applicants work ethics and motivational ability. This is done by telephone and mail follow-up previous employers prior to candidate being schedule for assignment.
10. Wilsons Associate Systems Networking Wilson's Associate Systems will network with various businesses, companies in order to provide them with qualified applicants to meet their employment needs. This component will be accomplished by the following activities: Securing necessary documents (drivers license, social security, birth certificates); Provide information concerning Job Fairs to clients (location, date and time); Screening clients to ensure they have the qualification before referring them; Schedule interviews for qualified clients.
