The movie Windtalkers is set during World War 2 and follows Joe Enders, an American soldier tasked with protecting Navajo code talkers Ben Yahzee and Charlie Whitehorse. The Navajo Marines have memorized a secret code based on their native language to help the US Marines communicate securely. During battles in the Pacific, Joe works to keep Ben and Charlie safe while they transmit messages, but they face danger from the Japanese. While trying to save Ben from an explosion, Joe is injured and ultimately dies, but not before helping ensure the Navajo code is kept secret, which contributes to the American war effort in the Pacific.

The Texas outbreak has slowed down, but sporadic cases continue to emerge in Kansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Elsewhere in the US, we continue to see signs of acceleration due to outbreaks outside the Southwest (North Dakota, Montana, and Colorado) and travel-related cases. Measles exposures due to travel are expected to pose a significant challenge throughout the summer.
The U.S. is on track to exceed its 30-year high for measles cases (1,274) within the next two weeks.

New Mexico: 81 (83% of cases are from Lea County).

Texas: 96 (+2) This accounts for 13% of all cases in Texas.
New Mexico: 7 This accounts for 9.47% of all cases in New Mexico.

- 4. They are within a small group, they come to Sapain and be in the middle of a shootout between the two enemy troops. They could talk to Americans of Japanese dress and cape joe prisoner. Yahzee get a radio and talk to the Americans, they get saved.
- 5. They arrive at a Japanese village and they are attacked by the Japanese, many die in battle. One of them is captured and Joe kills him out so they can卒t get the secret code. Yahzee is angry with Joe for murdering his friend.
- 6. They go to a safe position, but are attacked by Japanese and a minefield, Joe and Yahzee fall out and hurt trying to save Yahzee. They get that the American army help them, but joe doesnt survive and dies. Yahzee returns home with his family.
