• Introduction: • Saudi industries for PVC windows Co, Ltd. (Wintek) is one of Saudi Arabia’s and Middle East’s leading companies in the field of UPVC profiles extrusion, UPVC windows and doors fabrication, structural glazing and cladding systems development. With experience of more than 25 years.
Raw Materials • To ensure the high quality of the finished products; which is the main concern of Wintek’s; we apply restricted inspection procedures for raw materials coming from the most reputable national and international suppliers and according to international standards.
Machineries: • Machines are supplied from the most specialized companies in this field in the world and we are producing within a sequence of production stages environmentally friendly according to international standards.
What is UPVC? • The ‘PVC‘ part of it stands for Polyvinyl Chloride. The ‘U’ stands for Un-plasticized, often wrongly called Un-modified. Polyvinyl Chloride, which we know as every day ‘PVC’ is modified i.e. softened and can be used in the manufacture of products such as handbags, sport bags, shoes and fake leather. The use of this material, made us familiar with the abbreviation ‘PVC’. Pure UPVC is not quite stable for windows and doors profiles; a particular amount of stabilizers and additives are required to provide longevity, high weather and UV resistance.
