The project team proposes rebranding the Winter Park Historical Association's Winter Park Arts Fest to distinguish it from the similar City of Winter Park's Winter Park Arts Festival. The rebranding will include a new name, logo, advertising materials, and story line. Developing a unique identity will reduce confusion and increase attendance, vendors, and profits at the event. The team will create deliverables such as a logo, brochure, posters, and ads between April and May following a scheduled plan.
