WIZ-SP Frame Type Frame Types installed in the company are defined on this screen.
WIZ-SP Installed Frame No. of Frame Installed in each unit of the company with frame quantity and number of spindles in each frame.
WIZ-SP Target Production OPS Target Production OPS are entered to compare it with actual OPS obtained.
WIZ-SP Production Spinning Actual Production Entered into the system with the information of No. of frames.
WIZ-SP Waste Production Different type of wastes generated from the processes are also incorporate Date wise to maintain the stock and to calculate the waste produced per day and to ascertain invisible loss day wise and month wise.
WIZ-SP Frame Stoppage Frame Stoppage controls to mange the yield with the rectification of the Stoppage Reasons. It also enable to identify the actual production and target production Gaps generated by Frame Stoppage.
WIZ-SP Production OPS Report This report gives the Actual OPS Product wise and Frame Type Wise.
WIZ-SP Spindle Used This report reflect the actual spindle production used into the production of the product identified.
WIP (Worke In Process) is entered through following screen. WIZ-SP Work in Process
