ACCESS VIA WM VISOR:
1. Launch WM Visor. In the navigation panel on
the left, click on People then select Waste
Management University. This is single
sign-on and you automatically get into WMU.
2. Login using your Username and Password.
ACCESS VIA THE INTERNET:
1. Launch your internet browser and enter the
following URL: https://wm.cyberu.com
2. Login using your User ID (6-digit Employee ID)
and Password.
FIRST TIME USER ACCESS:
A. User ID: Enter your 6-digit Employee ID
B. Password: Type in your temporary password
consisting of the 鍖rst four letters of your last
name followed by your birth date (mmdd).
If your last name is Smith and your birthday
is January 17th. Ex: Smit0117
Be sure to capitalize the 鍖rst letter and lower
case the next three letters. Do not enter any
spaces in between.
