The goal of the group is not to be right about your life and how you should do things (we’ll leave that to your family), it’s for you to be moving towards your dreams, on your terms.
- 4. The A-C-T-I-O-N Coaching Method Connection We create and leverage connection, growing closer and more willing to share ourselves with each other as the weeks go by. The Journey is a real exercise in authenticity that creates power in a group where everyone wants the best for each other and learns how to be more effective with that interest in each other’s lives.
- 5. The A-C-T-I-O-N Coaching Method Trust We utilize a concept called generative trust, where we value trust as something that creates relationship, energy and intimacy with others. This is not about the pitfalls of trust, it’s about the OPPORTUNITY!

Your eyes will open and you’ll get those “a-ha moments” that can accelerate learning and transformation. These objectives are designed to be outside of our comfort zones and right in line with our dreams. Reaching them has us realize the value of the work we do.

- 11. Program Details ? Free initial consultation available to make sure this program is right for you. ? Participants commit to six months of weekly group coaching via phone or video streaming upon joining. Groups are usually four members plus the coach. ? If you pay by month, the cost is $400 a month, but if you’d like to pay for all six months up front, you’ll receive a discount that reduces the cost to $2000. Six-month individual coaching programs can cost upwards of $10,000. I’ve seen that our group format can be much more powerful with the energy of people committed to your success behind you. ?
