Optimisa Research implemented Intellex software three years ago and it now forms the backbone of their nationwide tracking study report delivery. The Intellex DataDynamic Reporter software allows for powerful, flexible data processing and automated generation of reports in PowerPoint, reducing reporting time from days to hours. Since migrating to the Intellex platform, Optimisa has significantly increased the speed at which they can communicate tracking results to clients, now delivering over 60 PowerPoint reports within seven days and 370 reports per quarter for another study. Three years ago Optimisa Research started the implementation of Intellex software. Today it is the backbone of their nation- wide tracking study report delivery. The Intellex data processing and reporting package,DataDynamic Reporter is a software solution specifically created for the market research industry at a time when shifting client demands are putting margins under pressure. DataDynamic Reporter combines a powerful, flexible scripting engine with an intuitive interface for data editing, processing and table based analysis. The cleverly designed export options allow for fully automated production of reports in PowerPoint, reducing the time spent on market research reporting from days to hours. The traditional work process in market research is based on mass table production combined with Excel/PowerPoint based output and has been stretched to breaking point. Clients demand more flexibility and more in-depth analysis for less money and in less time. The need to deliver more for less has convinced many research agencies across the world that it is time for change. DataDynamic Reporter offers the automated support that is required for this change. OPTIMISA RESEARCH is one of the UKs fast moving agencies with over 50 staff based in Leeds and London. They provide cutting edge insight to some of the countrys largest brands. For another study we now create 370 PowerPoint reports per quarter, a feat that would simply have been impossible before the implementation of the Intellex software. On top of the increased speed, we have seen reduced error rates when producing all these multiple level reports. Data queries are now more efficiently managed due to the use of one single data stream as opposed to multiple streams for different levels.
