Doctorate of Computer Science final defense for terminal degree conferment.
I have been Active duty Air Force for a little more than 16 years and have worked primarily in
the communications and communications security career field. I have built several different

systems for National corporations such as Compaq (HP), as well as Harrah’s Casino and IBM

Operating systems to Network architecture to Information Systems security. I also have
knowledge of Quality Assurance Evaluation procedures along with Information Assurance and
systems operations testing and evaluation for Fiber, ATM, and Satellite Warning systems as well
as the Global Missile Warning system and the Global Command and Control Satellite Network.
I am an active member for several IEEE working groups that have either written, re-written or
improved several standards, to include, Ethernet over HDMI, mobile and wireless standards and
various other national and international communications and telecommunications standards as

on the latest and greatest trends in technology across the world in the consumer market. I also
