Nurhidayah binti Juhari proposes three new product ideas for Satay Kajang. The first is hari raya food packages containing traditional dishes like beef rendang and ketupat to cater to people staying elsewhere during the holiday. The second is birthday party packages with gifts, cards and cakes for customers. The third unique idea is satay with cheese and mayonnaise for a salty-sweet flavor combination. In a meeting comment, Nurhidayah notes the meeting went smoothly and two decisions were made - delivery and drive-thru services as well as opening new branches across Malaysia.

Packages for Hari Raya Being a Malay and Muslim in Malaysia, the tradition is that, once a year during the festival of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, which is celebrated at the end of the fasting month (Ramadan). During this season, we will prepare luxurious festive food such as ketupat (rice cakes), beef rendang and many more to serve to our families and friends. Thus, the idea is to provide packages for hari raya consisting of sets such as satay with beef rendang, ketupat and serunding. Some people are not going home during hari raya. So this is an alternative to make them feel at home. In addition, this s the method to attract tourist to taste the traditional food. However, the packages are only valid during hari raya aidilfiltri season. 2. Packages for birthday party The company can offer special gifts, invitation postcards and birthday cakes for members of satay kajang. The birthday party package will valid only for one person. This is a new service that we can offer to our customers as the place to celebrate memorable events. Besides that this service gives opportunity for family members to gather. 3. satay with chesse and mayonnaise The cheese and mayonnaise will be put on the satay. The tastes will be very unique as the cheese and mayonnaise taste salty while the beef or chicken meat is sweet. So the taste is the combination of salty-sweet. I know many people often have original mayonnaise and it is weird to hear about satay with cheese and mayonnaise. However, I dare to try something out of the box to increase the companys performance and come out with this unique product. COMMENT FOR THE MEETING In my opinion the meeting runs smoothly. The chairman can handle the meeting very well and the ideas from others are great. The two decisions are from Syazwanis idea that is delivery and drive thru and opening more branches in the East, South, Sabah and Sarawak. Actually I dont
