I think that we mustn´t smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs and eat more than we
need because it can be damaging our health. These can cause a lot of problems
in our heart, in our brain, in our muscles, cancer… It is very sad when a lot of
people dies due to these problems. My advice is that you mustn´t do that and
you will be a healthy person.
