The author believes Estudiantes, as a founding member of the league along with Real Madrid and Joventut, needs to play their best to avoid relegation. In a separate article, Spanish soccer player Juan Carlos Valeron has decided to retire at the end of the season at the age of 40. It was a though decision for him so he has been meditating for weeks. He wanted to retire at home supported and embraced by his fans and his partners. He wanted to follow but his own coach told him he would have less chance to play the following season. PERSONAL OPINION: In my opinion is removed a very food Spanish player with the people who enjoyed watching him play. It has been very hard because few players still playing professional football at that age.
