in Africa

 With a special focus on the Recommendations and the Policy
Framework
 To validate the strategy at a technical level
 To launch the designing of a 5 year Action Plan
 To provide inputs for each outcome of the strategy
 To draft an Action Plan
 To define concrete ways to move forward
