Malaysia will host the 5th World Muslimah Award in 2015, making it the first time the international pageant for young Muslim women demonstrating dedication to Islamic values and community development will be held in Kuala Lumpur. The World Muslimah Foundation from Jakarta organizes the annual award to showcase exemplary Muslim women role models and strengthen women's self-development, character, intelligence and style. Malaysia's national director partnered with the foundation to host the 2015 event, with the shared goal of improving women's living standards and well-being.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MALAYSIA TO HOST WORLD MUSLIMAH AWARD Muslim women in Malaysia now have the chance to become a Role Model icon for muslim women globally when Malaysia, first time ever, will play host to the 5 th World Muslimah Award in 2015 here in Kuala Lumpur. The award is an international pageant young Muslim women who are judged to have shown dedication, reputation and concern for Islamic values and community development. Organized by the World Muslimah Foundation (WMF) in Jakarta, Indonesia, the objective of the World Muslimah Award is to showcase a muslimah role model to strengthen Muslim women self-development and character to become solehah, intelligent and stylish. According to Eka Shanty, Founder & President of World Muslimah Foundation, WMF & Exbit Solutions Sdn Bhd as Malaysia WMA National Director have concluded to a mutual agreement recently to host 5 th Annual World Muslimah Award 2015. Muslim women should be well educated, well empowered and well appreciated.
