 Doing to Our

Technology and the Challenge of Self-
   Discipline by Laurence Thomas
In human history, there has been no
greater challenge to self-discipline on the
part of human beings than the
extraordinary technology to which human
beings have accessed. . . . The
explanation . . . is that technology permits
of considerable anonymity; the other is
that technology is considerably portable.

Closing Thoughts
Ephesians 4:15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we
will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that
is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and
held together by every supporting ligament, grows
and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word
or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving
thanks to God the Father through him.

1Th. 5:19 Do not put out the Spirits fire; 20 do not
treat prophecies with contempt. 21 Test everything.
Hold on to the good. 22 Avoid every kind of evil.
