Employment History: Hydrocarbon Accountant at EnQuest PLC (Aug 2014 to present) I joined EnQuest in August 2014 as a Trainee Hydrocarbon Accountant. I was promoted to a Hydrocarbon Accountant after 3 months based on my performance. My main roles within the company are to review and validateoffshoreproduction data and then report said production data internally to management and externally to OGA and EnQuests commercial partners in accordancewith any relevantCommercial Agreements. Validatingproduction data requires an in-depth knowledge of what is happeningon each assetand keeping in closecontactwith the Operations and Metering teams. Key parts of the roleare being aware of where any commercial,data transfer or meter issues ariseand managing thoseissues,and potential mismeasurements, when they occur. I am responsiblefor reporting daily production figures and any allocationsthatoccur on EnQuests assets. Weekly responsibilities includereportingproduction numbers to the Financeand Economics departments and to relevantAsset personnel. Monthly responsibilities includeissuingmonthly pipelinereturns to the Pipeline Operators and production, fuel gas and diesel numbers to relevant internal and external contacts. I am also responsiblefor verifyingEnQuests reported production and liftings via the monthly Brent, Ninian and SVT Nash accounts. I am also responsiblefor the annual production reportingfor EnQuests assets,again both internally and externally. As such,I have gained experience as a pipelineuser of the Ninian,Brent and Forties PipelineSystems and across multipleassets includingFPSOs. Beyond my routine responsibilities, I havealso been responsiblefor producing Commercial Allocation Agreements and Procedures for any new assets,namely for the Scolty and Crathes fields (tie-back to the Kittiwake platform) and the Kraken FPSO. Further, I have overseen the construction (through FAT and SAT) of EnQuests Allocation Systems through an external provider. Through this experience, I have gained good relations and understandingwith EnQuests Operational, Legal,Commercial and IT teams.
- 2. Summer 2012:Work Experience atLR- Senergy: In the summer 2012, I spent 8 weeks working at Senergy on buildinga volumetrics calculator for usein one of Senergy's software products. It worked by analysingand inputtingparameters to describerock surfaces and calculating a volumebetween the surfaces. Summer 2011:Work experience at AGR Petroleum: In the summer of 2011, I worked with AGR Petroleum at their Aberdeen branch.I worked there for 8 weeks learningaboutthe oil industry and doingsome work on well time estimates and a small amountof work on the statistical sideto these estimations. Summer 2010:Waiter I worked as a waiter at Buchanans Bistro in Banchory for 3 months. Aug 2009 Jun 2010: Youth Worker atLocal Churches I took a Gap year before attending university to work as a Youth Worker for the two Church of Scotland churches in Banchory alongsidethe Youth Minister.
