WYP School Year Program!

Hours & Days
• We work Monday through Thursday, 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
• There is an optional homework/activity time from 5:45 pm to 6:30
pm.

Pay
• You get paid $8.25 an hour if this is your first year. If it’s your second or
more, you get paid $9.25 an hour.
• General biweekly pay (assuming we have work all four days/week):
• First-Year: $8.25/hour (8 hours/week) (2 weeks) = $132
• Second-Year or More: $9.25/hour (8 hours/week) (2 weeks) = $148
• There is a bonus issued several times throughout the year. Everyone gets a
bonus, but you can earn a bigger bonus by staying for homework or
activities.
• Bonus: $100 base bonus + $10/week, accrued by attending homework time sessions
• Maximum bonus: $350
Bonus paychecks are calculated three times throughout the school year (12/11
paycheck being the first one)
