This chest X-ray report documents various abnormalities found including situs inversus, pleural effusion on the left side, pneumatoceles and pneumothorax on both sides, lobar consolidation with pneumonia in the right upper lobe, consolidation with lung abscess on the right side, bronchopneumonia on both sides, miliary tuberculosis, cardiomegaly with increased pulmonary convexity, boot shaped heart, diaphragmatic hernia on the left side, respiratory distress syndrome, duodenal atresia, and rickets.
