Aries Agro Plant was founded in 1969 and pioneered the use of chelates in Indian agriculture. It was the first Indian company to receive approval to manufacture agricultural bactericides and chelates, introducing a concept borrowed from Israel. The company produces genetically modified seeds that provide higher yields and quality crops while reducing water usage and labor needs through dip irrigation methods. However, few farmers currently use dip irrigation and the reduced labor has eliminated some farm jobs.

 Only 12% of the farmers use the method dip irrigation
in Gujarat.
 Many farmers don’t get job due the less labor
consumption.
 There isn't any unity among the farmer.
