My problem
? I always don¨t remember how many times
  I do the ^hand swinging ̄
? I can¨t be awake from my meditation at
  the right time.
TWO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
       MAKES ME HAPPY
1     Chopsticks help me do the counting of swinging hand.

I put 10 chopsticks in a cup. It is easy to count 100 times. After I
finish 100 swings, I pull one stick out of the cup and put it on the
floor. When the cup is empty, I have done swinging 1000 times.

2    Kitchen timer remind me the end of 15 minutes, so I can
finish meditation on time
