This document invites people to a yoga class that will energize them from within through meditation, stretching, and moving the spine while working with the breath. The class is open to all levels and will not involve sweating or straining. It takes place on Friday and Sunday mornings at The Sanctuary in Mashpee and is taught by a certified yoga instructor passionate about helping people gain balance through yoga. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
