Review and analyze all contracts to ensure their compliance with federal and
state laws, corporate objectives, and customer requirements.
Prepare weekly management updates of current pipeline status.
Enter orders for materials needed by suppliers to complete orders placed by
Purchasing Department. When materials arrive, send them to supplier(s) for
outsourcing. Arrange in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
Review and audit change-orders and processing of start documents. Follow up
with Production Line Manager to determine when rigs are scheduled for
completion; summarize the data and report to Engineering, Quality,
Documentation, and Management. Ensure that every rig includes a user manual
and any additional documentation. Coordinate with corporate Finance
Department and worldwide intercompany sites to ensure correct billing and
collection of contractual revenues; and make certain payment is received before
releasing the unit.
Manage up to 40 rigs at a time and 300 in-sourcing projects at a time.

Scheduled up to 1,000 employees for monthly safety meetings. Managed
confidential employee data regarding medical and injury information. Ensured
that employees took necessary courses for certification. Scheduled new
