This document provides instructions for using various computer programs and drives. It explains how to open files using the DLR starter icons, use the pen and eraser tools, change colors and sizes, and write on the whiteboard using the Promethean software. It also recommends saving student work to the common drive folder so presentations can be accessed in the classroom, and backing up files to the teacher's computer or student home directories to prevent alterations.

10. Common Drive I have a folder but anyone can alter it I usually try to backup to my computer after each class saves anything in the common drive. Students also have their own home directories and can save to them no one else can access it so its nice if they backup their work there.
