Whenever two or more egos interact, drama ensues. Even when alone, people create their own drama through feelings of self-pity, guilt, anxiety, or by focusing on the past or future rather than the present moment. Most people are attached to their personal life dramas and identities, which are driven by the ego. They fear the end of their drama and awakening from identification with the mind.
