Meaning Behind the DishÓãÉú(y¨²sh¨¥ng) is a Chaozhou-style raw fish salad. It consists of raw fish mixed with shredded vegetables, condiments and a variety of sauces. ÓãÉú(y¨²sh¨¥ng) means raw fish.
