To register a foreign invested company in Mongolia, an investor must submit documents including proof of company name permission, bank account, company statutes, a UB 0.3 investor form, startup balance sheet, company certificate, board decision, and office lease. The investor also pays a one-time 700,000 tugrik registration fee to Golomt Bank before submitting all documents to the Registration Office of Business Entities to receive the certificate to establish the foreign invested company and order a company stamp.
