Zachary Panos is recommended for a leadership position based on his impressive talents and skills developed as a leader in his fraternity. As Rush Chair in 2013, he recruited 19 new members through a well-thought out strategy and strived to improve the fraternity. The following year, when poor decisions by others created challenges, Zach's clear communication and master plan helped restore credibility. He arranged safety seminars that improved the relationship between fraternities and law enforcement. Zach has consistently demonstrated strong leadership qualities and the ability to execute ambitious plans through engaging others and recognizing stakeholders. He has shown great academic performance and leaves a positive mark through applying what he has learned.
