This document summarizes the morphology and electrophysiological properties of a type of neuron called NGFC. Figure 1A shows the morphology of an NGFC neuron stained with DAB, a peroxidase substrate. Figure 1B shows the firing pattern of the same NGFC neuron, with late spiking observed after delivering depolarizing pulses to the cell.
