In this role, I manage key customer engagement initiatives for the Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow Technologies) product management/development team.
• With the goals of gaining feedback from our most influential customers to infuse into our development process & retaining our install-base customers, I led the launch of the Oracle Service Cloud Customer Advisory Board (CAB) in January 2014. Currently, 33 global brands are participating on the CAB.
• Launching one-to-many customer engagement programs through email and webinars.
