In 2005, I helped establish Aegeon. Aegeon evolved to providing consulting capabilities around IT Strategy and Architecture, Web Innovation, Agile delivery and Product Development for many leading companies in Australia and around the world. It quickly grew to over $2 Million in Revenue and 30 employees in the first year.
My role also included implementing and growing of an Agile delivery team, sourcing and securing an Offshore Development Centre in China as well as being the technical face of the company...
