 Company Profile: Volvo Buses has been in India since 2001 and it is the world’s
largest bus manufacturer, with a complete range of heavy buses for passenger
transportation.
 Current Designation: Graduate Apprentice Trainee.
 Duration: 17 march 2016 to till Date.
Key Responsibilities:
 BOM correction and Validation.
 Process instructions for each work centers to increase efficiency of process as well as
ergonomics of employee.
 Responsible for Component line, main line and finishing line material follow-up from
Material controllers.
 Co-ordinate with Purchase Department for NP parts for Project BUS.
 Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each
assignment.
 Coordinates materials in Line with Logistics, co-ordinates Kanban set up in work
center for materials.
 Provide full support as required by the management and PMT for the project.
 Observing the bus build and propose new solution to design and process team.

1. “Study Model of Turbocharger”
Description: A turbocharger, or turbo, from Latin "turbo" is a turbine-driven forced
induction device that increases an internal combustion engines efficiency and power
output by forcing extra air into the combustion chamber. This improvement over a
naturally aspirated engine's output results because the turbine can force more air,
and proportionately more fuel, into the combustion chamber than atmospheric pressure
alone.
2. “Emergency Ejection Seat System in Fighter Aircraft’’
Description: It is very important to ensure that pilot of aircraft are kept safe in
aircraft. The loss of human life in an aircraft is tragic. This is particularly true for
military applications, where many hundreds of hours and many millions of dollars
have been spent on training and also pilot life is important
