My main professional experience has been as a Physical Education Teacher, since 1989.
I was also a Teacher of Gymnastics at GCP since 1993 until 2001.
In 1992 i went to Castelo Branco, School Amato Lusitano, to teach other teachers how to use and teach, in a safety way, the Trampolin in schools and also how they could teach Acrobatic Gymnastic in an easy and funny way.
I was in Berlim (1995), and in G枚teborg, Suede (1999) at the World Gymnaestrada. And i was part of the Organization when the World Gymnaestrada was here in Lisbon, Portugal (2003).
I also have the curiosity and the passion for photography.
