1. Monitors and inspects a variety of facility construction projects and installations to ensure compliance with project documents.
2. Acts as liaison between the Authority and outside contractors on construction and improvement projects, other agency work and developer or tenant projects; meets and confers with Authority staff, representatives of utility companies, contractors, engineers, businesses and other public agencies regarding construction plans and specifications; coordinates contractor’s activities with the Authority.
