Solin Chan is Development Effectiveness Manager for ChildFund Cambodia. Prior to joining ChildFund, Solin worked for World Education, an American NGO, first as Education Advisor and later as Program Director. Before joining World Education, Solin worked for the Cambodian Ministry of Education, carrying out roles ranging from teacher training curriculum development to teacher training supervisor, NGO project coordinator, and Education For All plan coordinator.
