My research interest lies in the cancer genomics. For several years, I鈥檝e particularly focused on the integrative Data analysis of liver cancer genome, mostly on the HCC (Hepatocellular carcinoma), the most aggressive primary liver cancer. Especially, I was fascinated by the integrative study, in which the multi-layered data, which are come from the genetic research with DNA and RNA level and epigenetic research with DNA methylation, non-coding RNA, and histone methylation etc., were systematically analyzed to interpret the biological phenomena and to bridge between the clinical information and genomic interpretation.
